MILL INSTALLATION

Our project team will work with customer and our technical service team to ensure smooth implementation of the project in accordance to customer schedule. Installation supervision available and where necessary, skilled worker can be arranged for the complete mill installation, including the electrical wiring works.

 

TESTING COMMISSIONING

Our technical service team has been trained for complete mill technical services, including mill DC drive, HF welding machine, flying cut-off control systems, PLC and machine automation. This ensures total responsibility for the mill start-up as well as completion in the minimal time. We normally provide training during the commissioning as well as training for the maintenance staff.

 

AFTER SALES SERVICE

Our customer service center is managed by experienced personnel to ensure quick response to service customer. We have available stock for mill consumables including impeder, saw blade etc as well as electrical spares to meet customerís urgent requirement.
